AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care

I brought my Wife's Dodge Journey here for transmission issues and had it rebuilt. At first there was some communication issues. After that was resolved it was smooth sailing. Let me tell you this was no easy job for the crew at AAMCO, but they handled it like Champs. They did whatever was necessary to get my wife's car back on the road. And when the car was ready they even came to drop it off at my residence. I can honestly say they went above and beyond on this one. So to Sam and Crew at AAMCO my family and myself say thank you. I really appreciate you guys. I highly recommend this AAMCO.

I wish I could give 10 stars here... All I'm going to say is, Ellie deserves a raise. Took my car here for transmission issues and Ellie fought for me with the warranty company to send a new transmission and put up with me calling everyday asking for an update. Both her and Sam are extremely caring and thoughtful. It is so refreshing to deal with individuals who actually care for once! Whoever owns this franchise store needs to give both Ellie and Sam a raise! I will be giving my business solely to AAMCO in Denton TX moving forward because of these two amazing people! THANK YOU SAM AND ELLIE!

Best transmission shop around Denton Tx area. After reading positive reviews, I visited this transmission shop and they promptly fixed my problem. What impressed me the most was that they offered a national nationwide warranty on their work. Additionally, they provide free towing services. I was thoroughly satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them as the best transmission shop in the Denton area.

Outstanding service! The manager clearly walked me through everything that their technician found on my car and helped prioritize the work based on cost and urgency before I approved anything. I never had to ask for updates because they always reached out first and they were very transparent about any delays that came along the way (parts availability, reorders, etc.) They also went above and beyond when it came to the scope of their services. (Covering the cost of reordering a gasket set when the one I provided to them was incomplete, cleaning and repainting my valve cover for free, and including a complimentary alignment with the suspension work.) Everyone that I interacted with was approachable and easy to interact with. After getting my car back, I put it on jack stands to inspect the work and was impressed by how clean everything was. This is the kind of shop I’d confidently recommend to friends and family. *They did not ask me to write this review.
